Shipping & Delivery Policy — WoodnCraft

At WoodnCraft, every handcrafted wooden and brass décor piece is made and dispatched with care from our workshop and showroom at Ocean Mall, Clifton, Karachi. We deliver our handmade home décor nationwide across Pakistan.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days across Pakistan, depending on your city and courier availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer. As each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order or custom items may require additional preparation time, which we will communicate at the time of order.

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery nationwide across Pakistan on our standard orders. Any applicable charges for remote locations or express delivery, if requested, will be confirmed before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier at the time your order arrives. To keep COD available and reliable for everyone, we may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be held or cancelled.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where provided by the courier) will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Attempts & Refused Parcels
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery [two] times. Please ensure your phone is reachable and someone is available to receive the order. Orders refused at delivery, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, may not be re-dispatched free of charge, and any courier costs incurred may apply to future orders.

Handmade Nature of Our Products
As all WoodnCraft pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight variations in size, weight, grain, finish and colour are natural and are not considered defects — they are the mark of genuine handmade craftsmanship.
